Carrie the One (any pronouns) is a bearded drag queen, content creator, and lifelong horror fan based in Bangor, Maine. Her love of the genre started early: some of her first memories are seeing Jurassic Park in theaters and watching A Nightmare on Elm Street with her sisters when she was probably way too young. She has been writing poetry, songs, and short stories since she was a kid and is currently at work on her debut novels, Ice Out, a campus slasher set in the north Maine woods and Greenwashed, an eco-horror futurist novel...also set in the north Maine woods.
